Test and identify all transistors: bipolar (NPN, PNP), field effect transistor, MOSFET (N-channel, P-channel, enhanced mode and depletion MOSFET), thyristor, inductor, thyristor and bidirectional pin. Diodes, dual diodes, varactors, Zener diodes (test voltages up to 5V) and LEDs for testing and identifying pins and voltages.
Power requirements: 8-12V
